Old friends Frantisek Kop (saxophone and basclarinet) and Milos Dvoracek (percusse) were invited to join band Fade In. As arranged pianist had not come, he was unexpectedly replaced by Irena.
The main theme of the album, as the title Everything but quietness! (or more literally The quietness is not wanted) suggests, revolves around the various aspects of the idea of calmness which can be understood as stillness or peacefulness as well as a state of indifference and resignation;
somehow ironically we get so much of it when it is least desired, and the other way round.
